FOR CONTRACTORS, PROPERTY MANAGERS & HOAS

Your project team.
Our concrete scope.

Bring JLA the plans, property conditions and priorities behind your next concrete project. We welcome defined subcontracting and property-improvement opportunities in Tucson and surrounding communities.

CONCRETE THAT FITS THE PROJECT

From construction plans
to common-area work.

Foundations, slabs, sidewalks and concrete repairs are core topics for the first scope discussion.

GENERAL CONTRACTORS

Defined concrete subcontracting

Share the plans, specifications, site access and construction sequence. We review the concrete scope, responsibilities and project requirements before discussing a proposal and availability.

Identify related excavation, utilities, embedded items and inspection coordination early so the division of work is clear.

PROPERTY MANAGERS

Work around occupied properties

Walkways, entrances and shared concrete need attention to access as well as the damaged areas. Send the affected locations, photos and operational restrictions so the work can be reviewed in context.

We can discuss repair, replacement or suitable resurfacing, including how the proposed sequence affects daily use.

HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATIONS

A scope your board can review

Help us identify the common areas, priorities and approval process. Numbered locations or a marked plan can make a multi-area concrete proposal easier to understand.

We discuss phasing, access and the difference between appearance work and concrete that needs a more substantial repair.

MAKE THE FIRST REVIEW USEFUL

Send the scope.
Flag the constraints.

Include the property location, main contact, plans or marked areas, approximate quantities and target schedule. Tell us about access limits, occupied routes, delivery restrictions and coordination with other trades.

Share any bid format, insurance or documentation requirements, qualifications, inspection sequence and procurement conditions before commitments are made. We review those needs against the actual project rather than assume every opportunity has the same requirements.

For existing concrete, note cracks, movement, drainage concerns and previous repairs. An overlay may improve a suitable surface, but it should not be used to conceal an unresolved structural or settlement issue.
